The UK Team Managers manage groups of Capabilites resource based on location and Business Unit alignment. They are responsible for the budget, forecasting and cost management of these teams as well as creating a sense of community and engagement across the team. They will also make resource allocation decisions where work can be allocated within the existing team. They play a key role in working with the Business Units to understand the future demand on their team and providing important customer context to key organisational decisions.

All Team Managers:
    Leads on building a sense of community across their team Ensures resource supply is optimised to meet approved BU demand by working closely with their key stakeholders in the BU and the Business Planning team as well as receiving data from the MI&BI team Prepares and manages financial forecast for the team Manages costs in line with agreed forecasts and targets, including grade mix Accountable for team training budget and spend Manages recruitment process for team working with Capability Directors to ensure suitable interviewers are involved in the process Manages on-boarding of new staff in to team and Career Manager assignment and processes probation completions Owns utilisation forecasting for team Accountable for team assignment to tasks, rotations, individual utilisation and bench management Monitors timesheet completion & utilisation and addresses any issues
Specific to this role:
    Acts as a point of coordination across all regions for resourcing demand
