Your new company
This UK leading infrastructure company based in Telford is looking to expand their current team due to increase demand of its services.

Your new role
As the new NOC Tier 3 Engineer you will be responsible for acting as an escalation point from Tier 2 Engineers regarding the network infrastructure and hardware, providing expertise to resolve issues. Working with the Engineering team you will plan out and complete network installations and upgrade projects ensuring that projects are complete on time and to specifications. You will be responsible for the mentoring of staff members to help develop their skills. You will also be providing network status reports to the Chief Technology Officer within the company.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed as the new NOC Tier 3 Engineer you will need to have prior experience in a similar role. You will have experience with technologies such as; CISCO IOS, IP and associated routing protocols, Firewalls and Alcatel or Nokia equipment. CCNA is desirable but not a requirement. You will be an analytical person with great troubleshooting skills looking develop your skills further.

What you'll get in return
In return you will be offered a salary up to £45,000 depending on prior experience . Great training and progression opportunities available to the right candidate.
