Role summary

We are looking for an Interim Credit Control & Billing Administrator to join us on six month contract basis, playing a key role in our small team in Leeds managing the Accounts Receivable and Credit Management activities for our global customer and revenue base. The role will work closely with colleagues across our Global Business Services function in Leeds, Guildford and Kuala Lumper. Please note this opportunity is for a six month fixed term contract.

What you'll be doing

The main responsibilities in this role are to:

  • Ensure Order set-ups are processed with accuracy and invoices are issued in time and accurately tasks.
  • Perform the appropriate credit control activities to support the businesses working capital goals.
  • Allocate the cash received and posted by the cashbook team from customer remittance advice notes.
  • Manage customer queries - Dispute / Aged debt Management.
  • Obtain credit limit information for export insurance.

What we're looking for

  • Prior experience in a finance role, preferably in credit control and / or billing.
  • A pro-active approach and willingness to seek process performance improvements.
  • Willingness to operate in a performance focused business unit delivering to service level agreements and key performance indicators whilst consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Experience of operating on integrated ERP system, preferably SAP
  • Good Microsoft Office suite skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
