Prestigious opportunity within a pioneering Group Network function for an experienced Network Engineer.

Your new role

As one of our Network Engineers you will be responsible for:-

• Supporting, maintaining and upgrading network technologies and related monitoring systems
• Elements of 3rd line support
• Project based task management
• Maximising system availability, stability and performance
• Assisting with, and being a part of business and IT led projects
• Facilitating effective incident and problem management
• Actively involved in out of hour's support and project work when required
• Acting as cover for support teams.

What you'll need to succeed

Successful Network Engineers will possess a combination of the following skills:-

• Experience working in a busy and target orientated IT department
• Proven track record in an Infrastructure Team within a multi-site medium to large scale enterprise
• A good and demonstrable understanding of Cisco networking
• HP or Aruba platforms
• Knowledge of network fundamentals within Virtualisation
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer focused attitude.
