Job Description
I am working with a Lloyd's Market broker on their search for a new Head of Risk based in London. This is a newly created role with a global remit in a growing international brokerage.
They are looking for an experienced Head of Risk in the Insurance market, ideally within the Lloyd's market to lead a small team and help grow the Risk function as the business expands.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Ownership, maintenance & ongoing development of the Enterprise Risk Framework
• Develop the Enterprise Risk Framework to support the businesses rapid growth
• Support & mentor the development of any junior members of the team
• Continued risk analysis and monitoring of Risk events and emerging risks
• To provide advice, challenge & support in relation to embedding the appropriate risk culture across the business
• monitor & support the appropriate reporting, evaluating and resolution of risk issues

The ideal applicant will have an entrepreneurial approach to Risk management and have the ability to support the businesses ambitious growth plans over the next three to five years.
