Your new role
You will be providing comprehensive administration support across the office.

Duties include:

  • Mailbox management
  • Answering general queries, via telephone and email
  • Updating excel spreadsheets
  • Inputting and recording information
  • General administration duties as required

What you'll need to succeed
Previous administration experience is essential. You must also be organised, have good attention to detail and be able to meet tight deadlines. You will also have experience of working in a fast paced environment and dealing with people at all levels.

What you'll get in return
Hours are flexible for the right person. This can include working full time (37.5 hours per week) or the option to work 30 hours across 5 days. On street parking is also available.
