With huge investment into their IT infrastructure, they require proven IT Service Desk professionals to help support Group IT delivery.
This opportunity will have management responsibilities, so you must have lead teams in past positions as well as bring demonstrable leadership qualities to back this up as the team looks to increase as the firm continues to rapidly grow.

So the perfect candidate will be able to adapt and embrace change and growth by bringing original ideas and approaches to team management and IT service delivery.

The ideal candidate:
- A proven IT Service Desk Manager
- Understanding of IT Governance and practical application as well as communicate best IT solutions to stakeholders in an effective way
- Project management skills and a motivation to deliver on key objectives and approach challenges head on.
- You must have had directly managed teams and be a motivated team builder
- A strong relationship builder and able to network at senior level and with key external providers.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering complex service desk change within their organisation and delivering on new IT integration, whilst leading their team!
- Experience in supplier reviews and management reporting for service delivery strategy agendas.
