Your new role
This role is technically hands on yet requires a consultative approach to dealing with clients and internal users.

Key deliverables include;

• Planning and implementing solutions to improve existing IT systems
• Ensuring that excellent working relationships are maintained with colleagues and clients
• Proactively identifying business problems and producing innovative solutions
• Implementing, using and advising on a wide range of technologies

What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate should have a solid working proficiency in;

• Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies and 2012R2 onwards
• VMware vSphere
• Enterprise storage solutions such as NAS, FC and iSCSI SANs and their integration with the VMware system via proprietary SAN operating systems, such as EMC and HP
• Cloud networking, Iaas, SaaS & PaaS
• Backup, Replication and clustering technologies, as well as DR implementation at various levels
• Advanced O365 implementation
• Advanced networking routers, firewalls,switches etc)
• VOIP systems
• Infrastructure Monitoring tools
• Windows 7, 8, 10; Mac OSX 10.11 & onwards
• Apple and Android mobile technologies, MDM solutions

A 2:1 degree and any professional certifications from leading organisations would be preferable.
