Your new company is a leading organisation based in Cardiff, due to ongoing expansion they are looking to appoint a JIRA Admin.

Your new role

They will be joining a large development team and be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of reporting from Jira and specifically for the creation of a set of dashboards to aid transparency around productivity, including tracking of end to end cycle times (from initiation through to live and each stage between) and quality of releases, as well as dashboards for tracking sprint progress, project burn-up etc.

What you'll need to succeed

• Expertise in setting up, administering and supporting Atlassian tools, specifically Jira and Confluence
• Expertise in Reports / Dashboard design in Jira
• Expertise in integrating Jira with other toolsets eg ServiceNow, Kibana and Concourse pipelines
• Expertise in Groovy Scripting Experience working with Agile development methodologies
