Job Description
I am working with one of our financial services clients who specialise in FX. They are looking for an experienced Risk Manager to join their 2nd Line Operational Risk team based in London.
The main focus of this role will be to improve, develop & embed a strong and effective Operational Risk Framework across the business.
Key responsibilities to include:

• Effective embedding the Operational Risk Framework
• Support the communication of risk appetite, policies & processes across the business
• Assist with trend identification & analysis
• Work closely with project teams to support the assessment of risks and project delivery
• Facilitate & participate in risk workshops
• Deliver Operational Risk training workshops
• Build & manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Provide subject matter expert advice to the business relating to Operational Risk
