This exciting opportunity is with a very reputable charity, who are looking to expand their IT team during a time of investment and change by appointing a Technical Administrator.

Your new role
As part of our continued improvement plan for Information Services we are seeking to invest in a Technical Administrator who will identify ways to continuously improve their systems and processes. You will maintain online assessment data on various platforms and preparing data for testing.

You will support the build of data to enable their integration across SAP systems and analyse and solve technical issues where necessary. Similarly, you will support the effective integration of all assessment data across all delivery platforms and provide support to the resolution of routine SAP queries to enable the effective of SAP product and Business Partner records.

What you'll need to succeed

• Evidence of good customer focus
• Ability to demonstrate System Integration
• Experience dealing with multiple systems
• Evidence of previous system/process innovations and improvements
• Advanced Excel skills e.g. VLOOKUP
• Provide daily operational system support
• System testing and release experience
• Strong engagement with internal stakeholder
