Outsource UK's Cyber team is looking to recruit a Management Consultant with a broad technology transformation, cloud or networking background. Due to continued growth, this consultancy practice is looking for a Senior Manager to join their consultancy team.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Senior Management Consultant/IT Advisory professionals within the IT consulting sector at Senior Manager level grade. The Senior Management Consultant role is a client-facing, business development and a senior delivery position. You will be responsible for driving new business and revenue, whilst also being the lead delivery contact for clients.

We are looking for IT Management Consultants at Senior Manager level with experience in delivering IT Transformation programmes within some of the following areas:

Agile/Digital Transformation (Strategy definition and implementation, IT operating model design, Strategic sourcing and Digital IS/IT strategy, transformation project/program management)
Cloud Adoption and IT Infrastructure Transformation
Cyber Security (Strategy/Maturity, Risk Assessment, Data Privacy and Identity Mgt etc)
Smart Networks (SD-WAN, Network Design, MPLS, Voice and Firewalls)
IT and data architecture design and IT Automation
Digital workplace design (O365, Google Apps, Unified Communications, etc)
Emerging technologies (Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, etc)

Skills and experienced required

A successful degree-level academic background
Proven new business development experience and a key contributor to helping to drive revenue
Customer-focused mentality to understand and appropriately respond to customers business needs
To present solutions to senior management level customers
To lead bid response to solutions that meet or exceed the customer requirements
Proven leadership, oversight and governance of large global IT Transformation programmes
Proven IT consulting skills and experience of working in large complex environments delivering engagements
Exceptional drive, interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to interface effectively and collaborate with clients, peers, and senior management to help develop solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-in
A collaborative working style and strong evidence of being a leader
Excellent presentation, report writing, and articulation skills

This is a Senior Manager role with a good salary, paid dependent on the level of experience. The bonus is up to 20% with a good benefits package. The role is based in London with an occasional need for travel which can be European travel.
