Your new company
A local public-sector organisation who are committed to sustainably maintaining the environment are currently looking to recruit 2 confident and versatile technical administrative assistants to join their busy team on a long term temporary basis due to department growth. You will need to be a fluent Welsh speaker for this role.

Your new role
Slotting into an already busy team, your role as technical administrative assistant will include handling a high number of application requests both via incoming calls and email. You will be handing a high volume of customer calls which will see you assisting with questions, advising with licensing queries in addition to processing applications in a timely manner as well as submitting any changes to applications as necessary.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a confident administrator with prior telephone experience and relish working in a fast paced environment. You will have a positive attitude and be able to multitask effectively to achieve a desired outcome. You will be a people person and be able to communicate well and demonstrate an excellent telephone manner. You will have good IT skills and be able to use MS Office to a basic level. You will need to be a Fluent Welsh Speaker and able to understand written Welsh to be successful in this role
