This is a 2nd line role sits in a team of 5 supporting the Operational Risk Manager.
Main responsibilities will include:

Main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the enhancement and maintenance of the Operational Risk Framework
- To conduct oversight and challenge on key Operational Risks
- Supporting in the production of Operational Risk reporting across the Bank
- To support a culture of ownership and accountability in line with the 3 lines of defence model
- Risk policies & documentation
- Risk appetite statements and metrics
- Incident management
- RCSA's
- Operational Risk training
