Your new role
In this role you will be leading the Information Security - GRC team and a major part of your role will be overlooking and maintaining the integrity & availability of the organisations information systems.
You'll be required to manage a team of specialists to support the alignment of the infosec strategy to the organisations objectives as well as managing this team to assess and reduce risks across the organisation to an acceptable level.
This team will also need to monitor internal and external cyber threats whilst developing and implementing procedures to combat any threats that may arise.

What you'll need to succeed

• Have the ability to lead your team to operate effectively at all times
• A strong understanding of the infosec threat landscape and various technical developments
• Have one or more of the following qualifications; CISM, CISSP, CISA or CRISC
• Experience leading an Infosec GRC team and information security risk assessments
• Proven experience writing infosec policies, procedures & standards
• Have effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present all ideas in a 'non-technical' language
• Experience maintaining ISO27001 compliance
