Your new role

You'll work with multiple IT teams and business units to ensure that security risks are adequately identified, escalated and resolved, implementing assurance processes that support the business objectives.

You'll be the point of contact for the incident response process, carrying out initial investigation activities, ensuring that events are monitored and followed up, and ensuring that major cases are escalated to senior management.

You'll perform cyber security assessments against management framework ISO27001 across the relevant business units.

You'll give cyber security consultation and advice on projects to develop and improve the strategic direction of cyber security best practice

What you'll need to succeed
Experience within a similar role providing cyber security strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences. You'll have experience responding to incidents and escalating them effectively.

You'll have knowledge and experience with information security frameworks, such as; ISO 27001, ISO 27002, COBIT, ITIL.

You'll have experience and understanding of information security concepts and processes, with strong organisation and, planning and project management skills.

What you'll get in return
