Refinitiv Maxit Tax Information Reporting (TIR) provides data processing, management, and reporting tools used by Refinitiv and brokerage client tax operations to manage tax processing in daily mode and throughout tax season.

Our Tax Reporting Team is searching for a tax savvy Sr. Product Support Representative. This role will be responsible for scheduling tax events and handling issues that arise from our Maxit Tax Information Reporting clients. Our team performs analysis, proposes and documents fixes, and executes changes. You will assist our clients in data collection through the tax reporting process and drive production of forms (1099, 1042S, etc.) and delivery to the IRS (via FIRE filing).

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by completely resolving client issues and honoring commitments
  • Maintain ticket volumes
  • Ensure that time-to-resolution is within operational targets
  • Support Client Services with more complex issues by providing impact analysis, uses cases, and data flow descriptions
  • Develop requirements for product changes that are associated to a client-reported Tax Reporting issue
  • Establish processes and procedures to increase the efficiency of resolving and correcting issues
  • Develop and tailor client tax run schedules to each client's needs; Coordinate and manage the scheduling of all tax forms for clients and ensure on time delivery of tax processing
  • Perform low complexity data fixes

Competencies/Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience, preferably working with larger-scale clients
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and courteous demeanor and ability to collaborate with a team
  • Business analysis leading to solutions, design proposals, and requirements
  • Strong product knowledge in at least one of the product domains covered by Refinitiv Maxit products
  • Financial services experience preferred
  • Software as a Service (SaaS) experience preferred
  • Quantitative and business analysis experience preferred
  • Understanding of mid-range, web, and data processing technologies
  • Excellent problem-resolution skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet established productivity, effectiveness, training and quality goals, and accept and incorporate feedback
  • Flexibly respond to changing business needs
