Your new role

• Validate Software requirements for Device Replacement Program
• Coordinate Software Installs for Device Replacement Program, upgrade / reallocate / arrange purchase of software license if needed
• Help / Assist device replacement engineers with resolving any software license or source queries and issues.
• Update Software Asset Management (Snow) tool as required.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
• Liaising with multiple points of contact. Provision of support to the IT Manager as and when requested.

What you'll need to succeed

• Knowledge of vFire, Snow, Microsoft Office 2016. Excel skills are a requirement, vFire (or another ITSM) and Snow would be nice but training can be given.
• Understanding of the principles of Software Licensing.
