As the EMEA HRD you will be based in London, Spain or the Netherlands and manage the Spanish based HR team - hence the requirement to be fluent in Spanish. You will report the Head of HR. You will direct all HR activities in EMEA, from developing business aligned people strategies, partner with leadership on change management as well as ensure all HR policies and procedure fit for purpose. You will also take a direct partnership role with the EMEA sales team, lead the HR team in Spain and partner with CoE in the USA.

They seek bilingual HR Lead with proven experience in leading and developing a HR team and working across an EMEA business structure. Experience of working for an IT firm or in supporting a sales population will be well received.

Remuneration includes a base salary of up to £113,000.
