Essential Responsibilities (Specific day-to-day responsibilities and milestones needed to achieve the objectives):
Active application development. Take part in daily Scrums and biweekly planning sessions. Participates in technical design reviews, functional specification reviews and contribute to development project estimates, scheduling, test plans, and code reviews. Proactively identifies and resolves potential application related problems/issues including authoring of technical specifications. Regularly informs manager on progress of project, identifying risks early in the process. Review the Unit test case and the testing approach used by the team. Work with the Architects community and understand overall direction for the organization. Ensure best coding practices are followed. Provide unit test code coverage and modules for automated regression testing. Work with Continuous Integration and automated deployment and CMDB environments.

Qualifications :

• Undergraduate degree in computer science or related field. Candidate should have expert knowledge in Java, at least one scripting language,
• AWS Cloud experience, deep understanding of Microservices and Serverless Architecture principles,
• Agile best practices and methodologies.
• Have a clear understanding of Linux operating systems.
• ElasticSearch and/or Relational Database experience and/or good understanding of document databases are very welcome.
• Maintain high application and data standards. Provide systems documentation.
• Ability to address capacity and cost planning.
• Ensure system integrity and implement Security best practices. Provide weekly/monthly performance and data reports.
• Candidate should have extremely strong background in software engineering discipline
• . Good understanding and grasp of Agile methods and practical experience is a must.
• Knowledge of building of low latency systems is important.
