ServiceNow Specialist - Integration & DevOps Skillset

ServiceNow Specialist vacancy requiring profound Integration and DevOps knowledge for our Geneva based in the telecommunications sector.

Your experience/skills:

3+ years experience using ServiceNow including strong integrationDevOps skills and JavaScript is a big assetGood understanding of project and change management using agile and lean principlesExpertise in engineering and development, ideally with knowledge of at least one programming and scripting languageFamiliarity with continuous implementation and continuous deployment along with operations knowledgeLanguages: English, fluent in written and spoken

Your tasks:

Implementing complex backlog items, training other engineers and influencing local standards, architectures and applied patternsCreating and refining backlog items in collaboration with the product owner as well as evaluating backlog items as a team and planning the next iterationDesigning, implementing and configuring software solutions while ensuring built-in quality and security by implementing and executing testMaintaining automation frameworks and integrating the software according to the deployment conceptOperating, improving and maintaining the monitoring of software solutionsProviding 2nd and 3rd level support as well as on-call service including processing incidents and service requests
