This organisation is a specialist in Cyber Security working extensively within the central government and telecoms sectors. With a portfolio covering Monitoring, Forensics and Simulation, they are subject matter experts within defence focused environments.
Your new role
The Head of Sales will be responsible for shaping and leading the group sales strategy. Responsible for the management of the Sales team, the Head of Sales will also be client facing leading high value, complex sales processes. Responsible for all aspects of new business and client management, the Head of Sales will work closely with the businesses leadership team to position the business moving forward.
What you'll need to succeed
Sales Management experience will be essential for this position. This will have been gained within a Security setting facing off to public sector and telecoms clients. You will have a demonstrable track record of both winning new accounts within these sectors and driving year on year growth managing existing accounts.
