An enterprise software company in Hampshire are looking for a Principal / Lead Java Developer to drive forward their migration from a monolithic system to a microservices architecture. Due to an increase in project demand, my client are upgrading their systems to a newer version of Java, moving over to microservices deployed on AWS and also migrating to a React front-end system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and mentoring the Java Developers
• Managing the development of their key product
• Assisting with the architecture of their migration to a microservices system.

Requirements:
