CUSTOMER SUCCESS ENGINEER – Fully Remote
- A leading phishing defense solutions firm are currently looking to onboard a customer success engineer.
- The successful applicant will come from a technical background within cybersecurity and have a great commercial understanding.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CUSTOMER SUCCESS ENGINEER:
- Act as the lead for customer aftercare support for both implementing and deployment the tool in the customer environment
- Understand customer’s email infrastructure and provide clear actions for their configuration
- Opportunity to develop client relations and growth client base
- Work on a number of projects simultaneously, gaining exposure to a variety of customer environments
- Create written and verbal content for online platforms to educate and provide guidance to users
- Work with internationally recognised email security products
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR A CUSTOMER SUCCESS ENGINEER:
- Excellent background and proven track record in customer support and success.
- Able to communicate and simplify technical language clearly with customers and senior stakeholders.
- Good understanding of DMARC protocol, SMTP, SPF, DKIM and Microsoft Exchange is desirable
- Have a good cyber security background, email security is preferable.
- Proactive and patient attitude towards customers
