Your new company
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Administrator to join a market leading Construction firm based on a large project near Moray.

Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting senior management with administrative support including: data management, document control, maintaining site registers including a register of visitors to site, supporting sub-contractors with data management, organizing meetings rooms, stationary supplies and printing, scanning, post, laminating site signage, photocopying, typing meeting minutes.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 1 - 2 years working with a project administrative position, ideally within the construction sector although not essential, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, the ability to work well on your own initiative but equally so as part of a wider team and the ability to prioritise work lead effectively.
