You will be working for a public sector client within central Nottingham
Your new role
Your key function will be to support the Business Services Manager in the delivery of a comprehensive and efficient repairs service to customers. You will be responsible for coordinating appointments and scheduling the workload of trades colleagues and/ or contractors.
Duties include; responding to correspondence and telephone calls, inputting data, updating computerised information, updating and maintaining concise manual records.
You will be required to support meetings, including coordinating agenda items, taking minutes and distribution of documentation as and when required.
What you'll need to succeed
It is essential you possess excellent customer service skills as well as objection handling skills as you may on occasion assist the customer relationship officers in dealing with customer complaints. You will display effective communication skills and an ability to communicate with a wide range of colleagues and customers at all levels. You will display these skills through a range of methods including face to face discussions, in meetings, through written correspondence (via email and letter) and on the telephone.
