Your new role
You will be a subject matter expert, and an integral part of the team, working with internal and external stakeholders to enable the acceleration and implementation of bespoke contracts into the NHS.

You will be engaging directly with NHS trusts to enable the completion and signature of contracts. You will work with the sales teams to ensure those contracts are implemented in a timely manner, monitoring and reporting on the progress of contracts under negotiation and completion. You will co-ordinate and record all documentation required by NHS organisations to implement the contracts. Also working closely with the security, legal, privacy and regional EMEA teams to develop and streamline tools and procedures to optimise their customer response lead time.

As well as this, you will complete DPIA's, addressing any follow up questions and coordinating with the relevant stakeholders to facilitate the appropriate answers. You will also Investigate, coordinate and implement completion of NHS Digital Assessments required

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a success in this role, you will need demonstrable experience of working in a NHS environment and excellent understanding of the landscape. In depth understanding of NHS Information Governance landscape and legislation. Experience of providing complex and detailed records management, Data Protection and documentation. Outstanding communication/interpersonal skills, a team player able to collaborate across different functions within a complex matrix organisation. Evidence of interpreting national initiatives in records management, and Data Protection and shaping the organisations response to requirements.
