Our Opportunity

We have a great opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join the Thales UK service desk team, based in Doncaster who support the business with IT related issues, providing a high standard of customer service and ensuring users have the tools to be able to work effectively

This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer focused IT professional who has experience of working within a service led customer focused environment. This is an exciting and varied role where you will be the first point of contact for Thales UK employees for all IT related issues. You will be supporting all business users, logging incidents and service requests and diagnosing and managing these incidents to resolution.

You will be working closely with the Service Desk Team, technical teams and first and second line teams as well as service management supporting over 6000 technical and administrative end users.  This role will be working a 37 hour week split between the office and home working. The hours will be based on a shift rota with start times from 07.30am and finish times of 18.00pm.

About You

You will have experience of working within an IT customer service role, knowledge of windows operating systems (10 & 7) and troubleshooting protocols.

You will have a genuine desire to help customers and provide a great user experience, whilst being able to navigate between technical language and user experience to fix IT issues.

With excellent communication skills, you will enjoy following process and being part of a large team.
