Your new company
My Financial Planning client in Central Edinburgh who specialise in provision of the best advice to clients on financial matters including insurances, life-style planning, investments and pensions now seek an IFA Administrator to join their friendly, close-knit team to provide excellent support to their Financial Planners.

Your new role
You will be responsible for performing a range of administration tasks for the Financial Planners including sorting out mail, filing, basic admin duties. You will undertake research into products and policies and keep up to date with legislation and changes. You will be the first point of contact for clients and respond to/escalate their queries.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will ideally have experience within Financial Services, preferably within an IFA environment. You will be a competent administrator and be client focused with excellent written and oral communication skills. You will be able to work on your own initiative and be proactive and organised to ensure you meet deadlines.
