A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an interim cover, working with a business in Newcastle. This is a great role for an experienced Data Analyst Administrator, who can work out of their offices in Newcastle, Tyne and Wear. A brilliant company, this role offers a supportive team, with lovely settings. Due to last for 2 months, this could potentially go longer for the right individual. Working 15 hours per week, working on a Thursday and Friday every week, this is the perfect position for someone looking for a part-time role. Duties within the position are listed below:

- To input monitoring and evaluation information/data into the existing computerised systems to produce monthly analytical reports
- To identify opportunities for deeper analysis and support the management in the production of statistical and analytical audit reports adhering to strict timelines and various deadlines
- To work with senior management and staff to ensure appropriate monitoring and evaluation systems are effective and efficient and are in line with agreed outcomes/outputs
- Consolidate, review and analyse data from a range of sources e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Excel Bespoke platforms, in line with project decisions and developments
- To monitor and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, filter and clean data and report on any data anomalies speedily and offer solutions
- Provide data administrative support to Managers according to stakeholder requests and timeframes
- Ensure that data analysis meets the agreed requirements and expectations and is delivered in a timely manner with measurable outputs.
- Ensure good data management and systems are effective and efficient, dealing with enquiries as appropriate
- Ensure security, confidentiality and data protection procedures are adhered to at all times, reporting any concerns including cyber-attacks speedily
- Co-ordinate and manage request for data analysis and reporting Financial Support
