Identity & Access Governance Manager IAM

Identity & Access Governance Manager vacancy for our globally operating Vaud based company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your experience/skills:

• At least 5 + years' experience in Identity and Access Management
• Experience in Global or international markets strongly preferred
• Outstanding IS/IT leadership skills and familiarity with IAM best practices
• Proven track record in delivering similar projects with an international scope
• Capability to work both in detail and at a conceptual level
• Bachelor or Master degree in IT or equivalent certification

Your tasks:

• Defining IAM policies, standards, processes; leading their adoption across the organization and marking out roadmaps to deliver on the IAM strategy
• Evaluating and proposing technologies to protect identities and accesses
• Ensuring delivery and operation of Best in Class IAM solutions at the lowest TCO for a given service level, ensured through periodic external benchmarking
• Creating and defining organizational model for user admin activities and being the service delivery manager for user admin activities
• Acting as the subject matter expert for everything related to identity and access management for example Account Lifecycle Management, recertification's campaigns, multi-factor authentication, conditional access and single sign-on
