Security Architect

This financial services firm is seeking a Security Architect within this revamped security environment.  You will create architectural security designs in line with the company strategy and policies. 

The responsibilities are wide-ranging, and Security Architects with an enterprise-wide perspective will be well suited. 

Duties

Cloud migration, Network and devices, DevOps, Architectural design and delivery.

Working with the engineering and coding teams to promote secure delivery.

Building enterprise security strategy for cloud adoption and migration.

Liaising with the business to articulate findings and security posture

Although this is a financial services firm, prior banking experience is not crucial. More important is the technical and communication skills required.

Criteria 

Knowledge of DevOps processes is highly advantageous.  

Knowledge of a variety of cloud platforms with knowledge of MS Azure

Qualifications: Security Certifications / Accreditations

Architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, SABSA
