Responsibilities will include:

• Operational support for a globally distributed network of offices and people that needs to function 24/7
• Collaborating with a team of global network engineers to maintain, design, and implement, on-premise and cloud networks
• Leading network configurations, upgrades, and hardware replacements. Liaising with external third parties and internal software development teams.
• CCIE or equivalent in understanding and troubleshooting of network layers, routing (BGP, OSPF), IP protocols and application behaviours
• Developing cloud network architecture and defining end-to-end Network as Code deployments
• Confidence to support a global firm based on the following technologies and vendors:
  • Cloud Networking (AWS, Azure) o WAN/SD-WAN (Palo Alto/Prisma)
  • Networking/Unified Communications (Cisco)
  • Load Balancers (Riverbeds, HA Proxy)
  • Scripting/Automated Deployments (PowerShell, Terraform)
  • Monitoring (Cacti, Orion)
  • Application Stack (Microsoft, Linux)
