With a user base of 100, this family owned management consultancy helps support financial clients across the UK. They pride themselves on supporting and developing their staff long term. Based in the West End, you will join a team of 5 IT individuals who all have a strong sense of community and passion for technology.

Your new role
Reporting to the Network Manager, you will be supporting end users and various technical issues. Mainly monitoring network and internet systems, ensuring they are running smoothly. Maintaining documentation of disaster recovery, product evaluations and providing recommendations based off those findings.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 2 years within an IT environment (Ideally Professional Services)
• Strong knowledge of Windows Networking, Exchange & VMWare.
• Exposure to Firewalls, Proxy servers and MobileIron
