Your new role
This role is a leadership role within the company's Security Operations Centre and you will be responsible for ensuring all customers receive the highest levels of service. You will be the direct report for a team of Security Analysts across different levels and different shift patterns, in addition to this, you will be the highest level of escalation for customers technical and non-technical customer support.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client are looking for someone with a technical degree or security certifications as well as 5 years' experience in cyber security with SOC experience. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of networking and operating system fundamentals. Experience managing teams across varying shift patterns would be a distinct advantage.
