Your new role
Your new role as an IT Manager will see you working on a number of highly technical and important projects to the business, as well as this you will look to improve effectiveness of the systems and processes in use. The role is fairly broad so you will touch on areas such as Infrastructure, Data, Cyber Security, GDPR and the integration and amalgamation of disparate systems. It is also worth mentioning that you will also work closely with a managed service provider who handles parts of their infrastructure and service desk.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a background in an IT Management role covering the majority of the areas above, but more specifically if you have experience of the following it would be highly advantageous:

• Infrastructure (Servers, Telephony, Networking, Desktops)
• SharePoint, Office 365, Teams
• Systems Integrations / Amalgamations
• Cyber & Information Security
• Data
