Your new role
Reporting to the Technology Director, the Network Engineer will contribute to the deployment and management of the active network elements of the end to end solution including: ongoing availability, capacity and integrity monitoring, application of configuration and element software updates, and service incident resolution.

What you'll need to succeed
JNCIS-SP / JNCIS-ENT minimum or Cisco equivalent (CCNA/CCNP). Juniper experience is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years' network engineering experience within a service provider environment (preferably Tier1/2 ISP)
• Proven experience with L2 / L3 network protocols, hardware, configuration, tools, monitoring, and troubleshooting on large IPv4 and/or IPv6 networks
• In-depth understanding of BNG subscriber management, DHCP/DNS at ISP scale. Operational knowledge and experience with GPON networks.
• Experience managing complex external routing protocols, and datacentre technologies. Principally BGP, QoS, and operational knowledge of EVPN/VXLAN would be highly advantageous.
• Experience of a wide range of vendor solutions including, but not limited to, Adtran and Juniper.
