Our client is a well established, forward thinking organisation based in Birmingham and are looking to recruit a IT administrator to join their innovative team.
Your new role
They key responsibilities for the IT Administrator will be to manage and provide 1st line technical support a range of issues and faults via telephone and ticketing system. You will be investigating, diagnosing and solving all hardware and software faults while recording and monitoring every issue. You will be responsible for installation of software & systems while providing high quality and professional service to colleagues on a daily basis. You will be need to create manage documentation and process guides. Lastly you be asked to assist the IT manager with operational projects from time to time.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will need to be a logical thinking, organised and technically minded professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be ITIL certified and have great understanding of Windows Server 2016 admin, problem management and general network and infrastructure experience. You will stand a greater chance if you have had long serving experience in a similar role.
