Your new role
You'll be joining a small team where you'll be working very closely with the directors to deliver outstanding results to clients across Northern Ireland

It's a very friendly team where the directors have an open-door policy and the team have been there on average for 10 years. The company actively encourage training and will pay for the team to up-skill on a regular basis. Your day to day role will include

• Working on second/third level IT issues
• Liaising with customers and providing information to help them in their day-to-day IT issues
• Provide customers with remote technical support
• Support a range of hardware and software products and to assist in the delivery of excellent customer service

What you'll need to succeed

You'll need to have:

A Microsoft Certification (MCSA/MCSE) or ideally working towards
Experience troubleshooting/supporting: o Windows 2008/11 SBS/2012R2/2016 o Hyper-V o Microsoft Exchange Office365 o Active Directory o Group Policies
Strong networking protocols
CCNA
