A mental health and housing service providing support for those in need based in THE HAPPIEST CITY in the UK. They are seeking a seasoned, confident and reliable Systems & IT Administrator to join their teams to support them from a technological standpoint to enable them to continue to positively impact those in our local community.

Your new role
As a System and IT Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining the company's IT network, servers and security systems. Ultimately you will work to ensure the effective operation of the Information Technology and Telecommunications function of the organisation by providing 1st and 2nd line support for users and overseeing desktop PC's, server and thin clients, laptops, tablets, mobile phones and other equipment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Excellent knowledge of IT operating systems especially Windows Server 2019
• Knowledge in Microsoft software including Excel, Word, Office 365
• Knowledge of android/windows mobile devices hardware and software, Internet services and cloud-based systems
