Your new role
A Senior Technical Consultant within ENS will be expected to have a broad technical understanding in Network, Firewall and Security and able to integrate different technologies into complicated solutions based on business requirements.
You will:

• Design and deliver innovative solutions for the network and firewall product portfolios.
• Ensure a smooth service transaction from project delivery (Day1) to operations (Day2) via proper documentation, knowledge transferring and service readiness assessments
• Contribute to strategic direction of technologies and roadmaps from a technical and theoretical perspective. Effectively manage end-to-end technical project delivery via project management life cycle

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related disciplines.
• Be considered as a network security expert, with deep subject matter expertise in a number of technologies and a broad understanding across network security and non-network technology.
• Strong hands on experience of managing Network, Firewall and security products including but not limited:
  • Palo Alto Firewalls including Panarama (VPN/IPS/Wildfire)
  • ZScaler Cloud Proxies
  • F5 server load balancing and security technology (GTM/LTM/ASM/AFM)
• Excellent understanding of network security architecture, design and support.
• Excellent business scenes for a technical support environment.
