Main responsibilities:
Ensuring technical integrity and effectiveness of integration and delivery of (IAM) practices and services. Working with business, architecture and technology peers to ensure technical strategy is applied, support governance and delivery across the teams
  • Facilitating the management of operational processes and services in accordance with best practice, ensuring that these are measured and reported on at the appropriate times
  • Contribute and drive the development and automation of IAM operational processes with a focus on process efficiency for our teams, businesses, supply chain and customers
  • Assisting in the documentation of workflows / processes
  • Supporting the identification / highlighting gaps in ITSM processes as well as roles and responsibilities
  • Administrative activities required for the current ITSM tool (ServiceNow)
  • Support the team in the development and implementation of a new capability, to help drive our IAM strategy and roadmap
  • Support in crafting a more agile capability to serve our businesses in the delivery of IAM services.
  • Providing Business analyst expertise, support and guidance in the management and execution of tasks such as; IAM Work Requests, IAM Continual Improvement and Service management
  • Provide guidance and support to service teams and suppliers to enable effective implementation of agreed BAU IAM operational processes
  • Coordinate with the IAM teams to ensure the transition of all programme/project change in to production in an agile fashion whilst maintaining and improving service stability
  • Maintain documentation on a regular basis and be accountable for the quality and completeness
  • Production of IAM metrics for contribution to broader reporting packs
  • Providing supporting evidence for audits
  • Support the drive of change across the group to deliver best practise on all things Identity

Required Skills:
  • At least 2 year's experience working with IAM solutions.
  • Experience of working with key IAM technologies - Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO/MFA technologies, Office 365, PAM technologies (Beyond Trust/CyberArk), Identity Platforms (SailPoint) and Virtual Directory Services (LDAP/ Radiant Logic).
  • Experience of Continuous Service Improvement to ensure key stakeholders are fully engaged in the process, costs and benefits are tracked and relevant reporting is produced.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) and experience of networking and relationship building.
  • Can work in a global team environment with virtual collaboration.
  • Ability to self-learn and keep up to date with trends in the security and IAM disciplines
  • Experience in Business Analysis
  • Experience in Service Now or similar tools
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies and solutions
  • The ability to influence and drive changes effectively in appropriate styles at all levels
  • Strong inter-personnel, analytical, reporting & communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience of working directly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desirable Skills:
  • Hands on experience in an IAM role
  • Knowledge with IAM technologies, processes and controls
  • Business analysis experience IAM solutions, processes and services
  • Knowledge of SailPoint and/or Beyond Trust
  • Security Qualifications
  • ITIL Foundation qualification
