Your Job
You will play an integral part supporting the Line 2 UK operational risk function leading the management of reactive risk events.. Daily activities will include...

• Be the SME for reactive risk events.
• Look at current model and suggest ways of improving processes and synergy's to overall enhance the business.
• Collaborate with the Proactive Risk team to maintain an streamlined operating model to maintain frameworks, policies, registers, indicators, deep dives, investigations, monitoring and reporting activities.
• Provide thoughtful, client solutions-based leadership whilst continually challenging the business on better ways to improve the customer journey.
• Maintaining strong relationships across key stakeholders.
• Delivering insights to senior stakeholders and communicating the importance on how a strong risk culture is an integral part of the business.

Your Skills
As the ideal candidate you will have ...

• Experience within an Asset Manager
• Proven operational risk experience across incident & events management.
• A collaborative mindset, ability to work autonomously and an open and nurturing approach to management when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
