• Communications to support the business and change management plans of Refinitiv in relation to cyber security services and transformation
• Plan and deliver engaging change communications to select target groups impacted by change / required to assist with successful delivery of change e.g. our technology colleagues
• Work closely with program and project managers to understand changing priorities and timelines to ensure these are reflected in all communication activities
• Translate technical information into impactful, simple content that is consumable for a variety of audiences
• Maintain the CIS intranet site, create and publish cyber security materials, and manage broadcast e-mail distributions
• Draft communications messages for multiple channels (blog posts, emails, town halls etc.)
• Apply standards that promote continuity and consistency across the organization's communications practices working closely with MarComms
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of various cyber security awareness initiatives including presenting to large audiences (ambassador programme, lunch and learn sessions etc.)
• Create impactful and visually attractive presentations and awareness materials.

As a minimum requirement, you'll be able to demonstrate:

• Proven track record in a similar role - information security awareness experience is essential.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Solid slide creation / design skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical content and / or context to non-technical colleagues at all levels of the business.
• Strong personal organisation when planning your own workload and completing daily activity, including the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• A self-motivated and positive attitude in your work with a commitment to take on tasks and focus on delivery, going the extra mile where necessary.
• Effective stakeholder management and the ability to influence.
• Being a team player with the ability to support and develop others.
• Experience of working in, or with, financial service organisations or regulated industry.

It would be nice if you also had, but not essential:

• A recognised cyber security certification.
• Creative and visual skills including graphic, web (SharePoint) and print.
