This job role will have you working as 1st Line Support for a global leader of cyber security. My client looks to contain the threats faced by organisations on a global scale. They are currently undergoing a period of significant growth and are looking to hire a 1st Line Support into their exciting IT team.

Your new role
As part of your role you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the IT team by assisting with 1st Line Support to their clients and customers. You will become an integral part of their team by supplying your knowledge and experience of Infrastructure and maintenance. You will also be responsible for providing support to their remote users.

What you'll need to succeed
For this role you must have theoretical and/or practical experience in providing Windows 10 support with a knowledge of MS Exchange, AD and ideally O365. Exposure to SCCM, Mitel Telephony, Dell Hardware and open source technologies would be advantageous.
You must be a fast learner with a passion for IT who is capable of being proactive and fixing problems. You must also have a methodological approach to resolving issues and be able to demonstrate your initiative.
