Server Engineer, £240+ per day inside IR35

Your new company
we are currently working with a public-sector body that is looking to add a Server Engineer to their existing team for an initial 6-month contract. The day rate is £240+ per day inside IR35.

Your new role
As the new Server Engineer, alongside the other members of team, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of the server environment, installation, upgrades, changes, break/fixes. Providing server and system support. Testing and commissioning new services with the appropriate documentation. As well as a willingness to work the occasional evening.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in server engineer position, within a public-sector environment undertaking BAU and Project work. Experience with Windows Server operating systems, Hyper- V, server and storage hardware and understanding of networking technologies. SQL and OS migrations essential for this role.
