Description:
This role would see the successful candidate joining the technical team responsible for Refinitiv's Identity Governance & Administration tooling. The team covers SailPoint IIQ (for access governance) and Radiant Logic's Federated Identity Directory (for identity aggregation in a Virtual Directory Service/VDS). The role will be focused on the ongoing delivery and development of the virtual directory service, as this transitions from an initial deployment into a supported and widely consumed service.
Identity Governance & Administration at Refinitiv sits within Identity & Access Management, a key team in the broader Cyber Information Services function.

Main Responsibility:

• Support the continued delivery of the identity service through VDS.
• Work with IAM and application stakeholders to determine data requirements.
• Work in partnership with IGA colleagues to design and support the implementation of secure business processes to deliver data in line with application requirements.
• Work with the broader IAM, security and compliance functions to ensure a robust control environment.
• Act as a champion for IAM services, highlighting the benefits of our services and overcoming barriers to adoption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology (Computer Science, Computer Engineering etc.)
• Experience and excellent understanding of Directory Service products including Active Directory
• Ability to understand and analyse data flows and processing
• Familiar with Java, REST API framework and web application development concepts
• Understanding of basic security and privacy concepts
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and having an insightful, problem solving attitude
• Good project delivery experience as part of a complex and fast moving programme
• Excellent interpersonal & communications skills
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude who thrives on problem solving
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders to identify suitable designs and solutions.

Good to have but not required:

• Experience of working with cross-regional teams (we have stakeholders from Singapore to the US)
• Experience with Radiant Logic products
• Security Certifications (CISM, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, ITIL, PMP)
• Experience of implementing IAM solutions involving Meta or Virtual Directories
