Hays are currently recruiting for a Cisco Engineer with strong experience using CUCM, Unity and Cisco FInesse / UCCX to support our public sector client on an upcoming project commencing from the new year.

The contract is confirmed for 3 months and is paying competitive market rates. This role has been deemed inside IR35. You will be based onsite in Swansea.

We are looking for an individual with the following skill set;
-Cisco
-CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager)
-Unity (voicemail)
-Cisco Finesse / UCCX (Unified Contact Centre Express)
-Jabber
