You will be joining a company at the forefront of the IT industry with their Head Office in Hatfield as a Junior Incident Administrator, earning £9.78 per hour. Your new role
You will be working from 9am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday, as a Junior Incidents Administrator based at Hatfield Business Park. Primarily your role will include creating quotes and managing them through to approval or rejection, while ensuring user satisfaction. You will also work closely with the Incident Management Team with queue monitoring, issue capturing and preventing SLA failures as well as with ticket analysis and responsibility assignment.
What you'll need to succeed
Customer service experience is a must in this position, and good communication is key. The desired candidate will also have some experience of using ITSM (remedy), and good knowledge of MS Office. Your previous use of Excel will carry you in this role, as pivot tables will be your new best friend.
