I have a short term contract available for an IT consultant to conduct a Service Desk Review for one of our key clients.

This is an initial 4 week discovery piece which will require the selected IT consultant to present our client with a report of your findings and recommendations.

Start Date: 1st March
Location: Remote
IR35: Out of Scope
Contract Length: 4 weeks
Rate: Negotiable

Requirements / Essential Skills
  • Proven experience of conducting Service Desk Reviews
  • Proven experience of improving Service Desk functions / processes
  • Documenting / Create a report containing \"as is\" and \"to be\" environments
  • ITIL Framework /
  • Creating a roadmap of how to get from A to B
  • Provide recommendations of ways to improve the overall Service Desk i.e. processes, efficiencies to be made, ways of working etc.
  • Good knowledge of different and available Service Desk software packages
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Experience of working in the Public Sector / NHS is desirable
